This service is used to process charges for missed appointments. It ensures that the time allocated for your session is compensated in accordance with our booking policy.

Cancellation Policy
At Enjoy Achieving, I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as you can — even 10 minutes’ notice is okay. You can contact me by SMS or call on 0403 986 627, or email enjoyachieving@gmail.com. If you do not attend your session and you have not contacted me beforehand to cancel or reschedule, a $20 no‑show fee applies. This fee is only charged when no notice is given. If you contact me before the session start time (even at short notice), no no‑show fee will be charged.
